ABOUT
Introduction:
AJM Educational Institute, was established in September 2022 with the mission to deliver excellence in education and development of capabilities irrespective of age and financial status that will help reduce poverty and develop society. The institute is committed to providing quality education, strengthening personal capabilities, improving potentials to become productive in society, promoting social and moral values, providing knowledge of health and hygiene, and providing opportunities for economic growth to underprivileged families.

Student Enrolment:
Given the trusts mission we enrolled students of different age groups - so far we have offered learning opportunities to students who ages have ranged from 4 to 26 years. The other variability we have tried to accommodate is seasonal presence of students in the community as they travel back and forth from their native villages and towns to our locality due to financial or domestic situations. All students have different strengths and learning levels, and we are teaching them individually to meet their learning needs.

Teaching Methods:
We are following the Oxford curriculum and Single national curriculum in combination. Our talented teachers are trying their best to find the individual capabilities of students and helping them to polish their skills. We are also teaching them a range of skills including art and craft, basic computer skills, sketching and art skills, making bouquets, tailoring, cleanliness drives, plantation skills, sports skills, team work, individual presentation. We arrange fun trips, educational trips, mental health counselling sessions and we teach them basic etiquette.

Activities and Celebrations:
At our institute, we have arranged parties, activities, sports galas, functions, celebrated different national and international days, milad un nabi, Iftar drives, and so on. We believe that these activities are important for the overall development of students and help to build their social and emotional skills. In the future, we plan to introduce more extracurricular activities, such as music, art, and drama classes, to help students explore their creative side.

Donations and Support:
We rely on donations from generous patrons - in 2022/23 we were blessed with large donation of clothes, shoes, books, and toys from abroad, and still, we are asking people to support us for this great cause. We give full need based scholarships and merit based scholarships to the students . Free clothes, books, stationary items, accessories and shoes are also given to the deserving students. We also use the funds for doing school maintenance. In the future, we plan to reach out to more organizations and companies to provide donations and support to our institute.

Future Plans:
Our institute is committed to providing a comprehensive education that prepares our students for success in all areas of their lives. As part of this mission, we plan to expand our reach and include more students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them with vocational and technical training to develop practical skills and reduce poverty. By collaborating with other institutes and organizations, we will offer training in a range of areas, including art, music, computer science, beautician, tailoring, and more. This training will not only help students support themselves and their families, but also build confidence, independence, and strength. Additionally, our institute plans to launch a clean and green sustainable campaign to support climate change and provide opportunities for underprivileged families to earn wages. Finally, we will introduce advanced computer courses, coding classes, and robotics courses to prepare our students for the ever-changing job market of the future.

With these initiatives, we believe our students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.Moreover, we plan to organize career counseling sessions for our students to help them choose the right career path according to their interests and capabilities. We also plan to establish partnerships with universities and colleges to provide scholarship opportunities to our students. These opportunities will enable them to pursue higher education and achieve their career goals.Furthermore, at our institute, we understand that not all students can continue their education at our campus due to various reasons. In order to ensure that these students can continue their studies and receive a quality education, we plan to explore innovative ways to provide remote education services. One possibility is to rent a building in their hometown and set up a big screen where students can access online classes taught by our experienced teachers. This would allow students to continue their studies and receive personalized attention and guidance from their teachers, even from afar. Additionally, we plan to investigate other means of providing education to remote students, such as through virtual learning platforms or mobile learning apps. By taking these steps, we hope to make quality education accessible to all, regardless of their geographical location or circumstances. We believe that this will not only benefit our students, but also contribute to the overall development of their communities and beyond.
